Replicate Round Up for November 6th, 2015

Replicate-Roundup-v3.1-300x143As we find articles and resources that talk about Disciple-Making, we are going to collect them and publish them each Friday.

A needed shift: from “versus” to “and” in discipleship and missional activity

Churches which have strong discipleship cultures often view missional churches as churches that are weak theologically, biblically light, are more concerned with the social gospel than the truth of Scripture, and are not concerned with the transformation of the heart. Churches which have strong missional cultures often accuse discipleship churches of having low to little compassion; they accuse them of not going out to do the Father’s work in the community, and they accuse them of being more like a Christian social club separated from the world in which they live.
