Work with leaders like you to create your unique all-play, everyday, disciple-making movement.
Go farther faster with transformational, cohort-based coaching and collaboration. For pastors and ministry leaders, both men and women.

Make, mobilize, and multiply disciples.
But as leaders, we all know God has more for our churches:
● More disciples growing in Jesus
● More disciples empowered to reach workplaces and neighborhoods
● More disciples making disciples
But no one can launch a disciple-making movement alone. We need other leaders to encourage and challenge us so we can create the future together through problem-solving—helping one another design and implement a unique Great Commission vision and strategy.
That’s why the Replicate Collective exists.

For pastors. By pastors.
With pastors.
And we gave up on copy-and-paste advice years ago.
But we found you can inspire your church with a fresh and clear disciple-making vision…
Develop strategies to keep your people on Jesus’ mission…
And implement week-in, week-out tactics that empower disciple-makers at every level.
Members of The Replicate Collective gather and grow through weekly huddles, one-on-one coaching sessions, monthly Q&As with thought leaders, and more.
And we gather with one purpose: To transform our leadership, personal lives, and churches to multiply healthy disciples and disciple-makers in our ministries.
What is the Collective Experience
The Weekly Huddle is your band of brothers or sisters—a small dedicated group that meets weekly for training, collaboration, and creative problem-solving.
Once a month, Pastor Robby and Kandi Gallaty host a live session and Q&A with a disciple-making thought-leader like Carey Nieuwhof, Lysa TerKeurst, or Matt Chandler.
Connect with other members all week long through our exclusive online community, where we share resources, create new connections, and foster deeper relationships.
Once a year, Replicate Collective leaders gather in Nashville, TN, for connection, premier training, guest speakers and facilitators, and strategic soul care.
Gain immediate access to hundreds of exercises, resources, and training videos guiding you through Replicate’s toolkits to help you and your church thrive.

As a member of The Collective, you’ll bring clarity and transformation at three levels: vision, strategy, and tactics. You’ll foster organizational clarity and disciple-making conviction at each level to move your mission forward.
Each month, Collective Leaders will focus on one of these concepts and set 30-day goals to activate the concept in their leadership or church.

Level 1: Disciple-Making Vision
Through the Collective, you will learn how to create a disciple-making vision that captures your people’s hearts and reorients their paradigm towards an everyday disciple-making lifestyle.
Disciple-Making Conviction Concepts:
Funnel Fusion:
Gain a shared conviction to push the finish line back. It’s not about getting people to attend programs but empowering disciples to live on mission where they live, work, and play.
Crowd Cloud:
Change your leadership’s perspective to uncover the true potential of your church by moving from “drawing a crowd” to empowering your people to engage the “crowd” that is already within their reach.
Organizational Clarity Concepts:
Mission:
Write your one-of-a-kind disciple-making mission statement. Compel and challenge every person in your church to step into a disciple-making lifestyle.
Dream Disciple:
Move from an activity scorecard to a transformation scorecard by creating a vivid, clear picture of what personal transformation looks like in your church.

Level 2: Disciple-Making Strategy
Design a strategy that is realistic and effective in developing disciple-makers on mission where they live, work, and play.
Disciple-Making Conviction:
Disciple’s Journey: Transform your church into a Training Center by discovering the different stages of the disciple’s journey and identifying the gaps in your church’s disciple-making process.
Kingdom Platform: Learn how to train each disciple to become leaders who leverage their unique gifts, passions, and context. Deepen your ability to create practical tools for your people and empower each one.
Organizational Clarity Concepts:
Discipleship Pathway: Every church has shared convictions that create a unique leadership style and church experience. By naming what makes you distinct, you can maximize your disciple-making impact.
Values: Name and leverage the values already felt by every person in your church to amplify your disciple-making impact.

Level 3: Disciple-Making Tactics
Design disciple-making practices to effectively develop disciple-making character and competency traits in your people.
Discipleship Group: Create micro-sized groups and equip people with disciple-making skills to evangelize and disciple those in their neighborhoods, workplaces, and communities.
Ministry Design Bullseye: Avoid the number one reason most disciple-making ministries fail. Help your staff pass responsibility to your people by helping them create a plan they can own.

As a former drug addict in New Orleans with a dramatic conversion story and after years of being discipled by David Platt, Robby has a passion to see the church emphasize both evangelism and discipleship so that everyone can experience true life-change found in Jesus Christ. This burden led Robby and his wife, Kandi, to found Replicate Ministries, an organization that has equipped and trained thousands of churches and ministries to create a disciplemaking movement.
Over the course of his career, Robby has authored twenty-one books with topics including the history of discipleship throughout the ages of the Church, how Western Christians can learn to better follow an Eastern rabbi, how to create holistic and reproducible strategies for healthy church growth, a starter guide for creating text-driven sermons, and a personal account of his own history with addiction and recovery.
Recently, he has led his staff and congregation at Long Hollow in Hendersonville, Tennessee to deeply consider one of the most overlooked spiritual disciplines–rest–after a close personal encounter with burnout. This focus on rest, solitude, and prayer has prepared him and the staff as they began experiencing a modern-day spiritual revival in December 2020.With a heart for soul care and spiritual, emotional, and mental health, Robby’s Scripture-first approach to the pressing needs of the modern church will inspire anyone, whether they are a lay person or a pastor, to return to the roots of our faith: the Creator and His Word.

Vick Green serves as the Adult Ministries Pastor at Long Hollow Baptist Church (10,000+ attendance) and the Director of Replicate Ministries. During 2020, despite the difficulties caused by COVID, Long Hollow has experienced significant growth in attendance, salvations, and launching new groups in states all across the country. Through Replicate, Vick has trained thousands of churches through their online courses and weekly coaches hundreds of leaders through their Network.
Before moving to Nashville, Vick served in Baton Rouge as a Next Steps Director for The Chapel where their Executive Team led the church through a season of revitalization after over a decade of decline. Through explosive growth in the groups and volunteer teams, The Chapel grew both in attendance and church engagement.
Vick has also led a college ministry of 400+ on the campus of Louisiana State University. During this time, he led a football ministry for the LSU football team, 80+ student group leaders, and oversaw an apprenticeship that launched church leaders to plant churches across the country and world. In addition to serving at LSU, he has led mission teams in four countries.
Whether you are a Senior Pastor, Ministry Director, or an ambitious, young leader, Vick can provide you with the catalytic clarity you need to unleash your God-given potential.
Vick lives in Nashville, TN with his wife Sophie, their two kids, Barrett and Lenna, and their duck dog, Roux. He loves reading a good leadership book, smoking meat on his Big Green Egg, and duck hunting with his friends at his family camp, Shiloh Farm.

Tim serves on the board of Replicate Ministries, where he helps equip pastors and church leaders to develop a disciplemaking strategy for their context.
Before coming to Long Hollow, Tim was the Disciplemaking Pastor at Brainerd Baptist Church for four years. During his tenure at Brainerd, the discipleship ministry grew from 50 to 1200 in discipleship groups.
Tim currently serves as the Equipping Pastor at Long Hollow, working with Pastor Robby to shepherd the staff of Long Hollow, mentoring emerging leaders, and equipping those who feel God calling them to vocational ministry. Through Replicate, Tim is available to train local churches, speak at association and regional conferences, and facilitate staff coaching calls.
