THE COLLECTIVE LEADERS ARE
HUMBLE LEADERS
Collective leaders confidence and ambition is firmly placed in God. They know God is the giver of all gifts and life change. They know who they are, who they aren’t, and that they need others to fulfill their God-given potential.
AUTHENTIC LEADERS
Collective leaders are real with themselves, God, and others. They are honest, transparent, and genuine because they know that the “fake you” will never bring transformation in their life, their homes, or their church.
CURIOUS LEADERS
Collective leaders have a relentless pursuit of learning and improving. They are never content with what they know, but instead seize every opportunity to gain inspiration and insight from others.
EMPOWERING LEADERS
Collective Leaders know that leadership isn’t about what we accomplish, but what we help others accomplish. Their leadership and their churches focus on empowering disciples to make disciples that make disciplemakers.
BOTH/AND LEADERS
Collective leaders reject false EITHER/OR solutions and strive to create BOTH/AND solutions that bring about true transformation. They are committed to BOTH Winning at home AND winning at work; BOTH hustling AND resting; BOTH church breadth AND church depth.

Robby Gallaty
Robby Gallaty is a pastor, author, and trainer who has decades of experience leading churches to make disciples that make disciples in small (<65 people), large (800), and megachurch (10,000+) contexts.
As a former drug addict in New Orleans with a dramatic conversion story and after years of being discipled by David Platt, Robby has a passion to see the church emphasize both evangelism and discipleship so that everyone can experience true life-change found in Jesus Christ. This burden led Robby and his wife, Kandi, to found Replicate Ministries, an organization that has equipped and trained thousands of churches and ministries to create a disciplemaking movement.
Over the course of his career, Robby has authored twenty-one books with topics including the history of discipleship throughout the ages of the Church, how Western Christians can learn to better follow an Eastern rabbi, how to create holistic and reproducible strategies for healthy church growth, a starter guide for creating text-driven sermons, and a personal account of his own history with addiction and recovery.
Recently, he has led his staff and congregation at Long Hollow in Hendersonville, Tennessee to deeply consider one of the most overlooked spiritual disciplines–rest–after a close personal encounter with burnout. This focus on rest, solitude, and prayer has prepared him and the staff as they began experiencing a modern-day spiritual revival in December 2020.With a heart for soul care and spiritual, emotional, and mental health, Robby’s Scripture-first approach to the pressing needs of the modern church will inspire anyone, whether they are a lay person or a pastor, to return to the roots of our faith: the Creator and His Word.

Kandi Gallaty
Kandi Gallaty has been investing in the lives of women for over a decade. She believes that there are three major sources to draw from when investing in the lives of others: God’s word, God’s work in one’s life and God’s Spirit. She is passionate about cultivating a biblical worldview from the truths of Scripture and teaching women how to steward the life experiences and lessons God has allowed in their life. Together Kandi and Robby lead Replicate Ministries. Kandi loves being a pastor’s wife and serving alongside her husband at Long Hollow Baptist Church. Kandi is the author of Disciple Her: Using the Word, Work and Wonder of God to Invest in Women (B&H, 2019) and Foundations New Testament, A 260 Day Bible Reading Plan for Teen Girls (Lifeway, 2020). She is also the co-author with her husband Robby of Foundations: A 260-Day Bible Reading Plan for Busy Believers, Foundations: Teen Devotional: A 260-Day Bible Reading Plan for Busy Teens, and Foundations for Kids: A 260-day Bible Reading Plan for Kids. Kandi and Robby are the proud and thankful parents of two boys, Rig and Ryder, and live outside of Nashville, TN.

Before moving to Nashville, Vick served in Baton Rouge as a Next Steps Director for The Chapel where their Executive Team led the church through a season of revitalization after over a decade of decline.
