The first session is all about planning the church’s pilot season.
The Multiplication Team will assess the church’s context to discover obstacles and opportunities that the team will face in implementing Discipleship Groups.
The members of the Multiplication Team will each launch a pilot Discipleship Group with hand-selected leaders using a provided Replicate model. during the season, the Multiplication team will gather feedback from all pilot members and begin to create its own contextualized group.
The second session transitions to planning for the official launch of Discipleship Groups at your church.
With the feedback of your pilot group members and the training from your Replicate Navigator, your team will work through the Ministry Design Bullseye to collaboratively design a contextualized Discipleship Group that fits your unique culture.
Your Replicate Navigator will help your team create your personalized launch timeline and teach you how to avoid the eight strategic decisions that most often kill Discipleship Group ministries.
The third session helps your team integrate Discipleship Groups and develop the systems to sustain the ministry long-term.
Your Replicate Navigator and Multiplication Team will assess your church’s Discipleship Pathway and what changes are most needed to maximize your current ministries.
As your Discipleship Groups multiply, you will need to create the resources and strategies that provide recruiting, coaching, and care for your leaders. In this session, we will also introduce the Leadership Star & Multiplication Matrix.
