A Panel Discussion with David Platt, J.D. Greear, Steve Gaines, Johnny Hunt, and Robby Gallaty on the “Evangelism Dilemma: Why Evangelism is Not Enough to Fulfill the Great Commission”
The discussion will center on the state of discipleship and evangelism in the SBC. Robby Gallaty will moderate the discussion, and the focus of the panel will be on the topic of the Great Commission in light of our need to make disciples. Our time together will help serve as an effective way to create awareness for the need to make disciples and all of the ministries we ought to be involved in after conversion rather than focusing solely on conversion and baptism as metrics for effective ministry.
The breakfast will take place on Tuesday, June 14, 2016 from 6:30-8:00am in Edward jones Dome Level 1
