Make, mobilize, and multiply disciples.

Replicate Collective

Pastors, we don’t need another conference. We don’t need to acquire more generalized advice that ultimately won’t propel our individually-called churches forward.

But as leaders, we all know God has more for our churches:

  • More disciples growing in Jesus
  • More disciples empowered to reach workplaces and neighborhoods
  • More disciples making disciples
But no one can launch a disciple-making movement alone. We need other leaders to encourage and challenge us so we can create the future together through problem-solving—helping one another design and implement a unique Great Commission vision and strategy.

That’s why the Replicate Collective exists.

For pastors. By pastors. With pastors.

The Replicate Collective is an ongoing online workshop environment led by and created for pastors and other ministry leaders. We work in our local churches right now.

We gave up on copy-and-paste advice years ago.

But we found you can inspire your church with a fresh and clear disciple-making vision…

Develop strategies to keep your people on Jesus’ mission…

And implement week-in, week-out tactics that empower disciple-makers at every level.

Members of The Replicate Collective gather and grow through weekly huddles, one-on-one coaching sessions, monthly Q&As with thought leaders, and more.

And we gather with one purpose: To transform our leadership, personal lives, and churches to multiply healthy disciples and disciple-makers in our ministries.

More about Vance Pitman

Vance responded to God’s call to Las Vegas, Nevada in 2000, as a church plant sent out from First Baptist Church in Woodstock, Georgia. With a passion for God’s kingdom, he had a vision to launch a church focused on joining in God’s activity locally and globally. Through that vision and with God’s grace, Hope Church was born in the fall of 2001 in Las Vegas, NV. From a small group of eighteen adults in a living room, Hope grew to become a thriving multi-ethnic, multi-generational fellowship of over 4000 members who, today, speak more than 50 languages and who have in common the singular desire to connect people to live the life of a Jesus follower. Vance has led Hope to understand that what God is doing is bigger than one church. Since its launch in 2001, Hope Church has sent hundreds out of its fellowship on mission, invested millions of dollars in God’s global activity, and has commissioned more than 75 churches in the western United States.

As a seasoned church planter in the West, Vance speaks across the country and all over the world from the passion of his apostolic heart to inspire people to join in God’s eternal, redemptive mission of making disciples and multiplying the church among every tribe, tongue, people, and nation. In March of 2022, Vance will assume the role of President of SEND Network, the largest church planting organization in North America, and with it, the role of Senior Vice President of the North American Mission Board.

What You’ll Learn

Replicate Collective

Develop All 3 Levels of Your Disciple-Making Movement

Every Replicate Collective Leader receives training in the ten core concepts of the Replicate Toolkit with one of North America’s premier thought leaders on discipleship and church leadership.

As a member of The Collective, you’ll bring clarity and transformation at three levels: motivation, method, and map. You’ll foster organizational clarity and disciple-making conviction at each level to move your mission forward.

Each month, Collective Leaders will focus on one of these concepts and set 30-day goals to activate the concept in their leadership or church.

Level 1: Disciple-Making Vision

Through the Collective, you will learn how to create a disciple-making vision that captures your people’s hearts and reorients their paradigm towards an everyday disciple-making lifestyle.

Disciple-Making Conviction Concepts:

Funnel Fusion: The high-level process by which you’ll empower disciples to live on mission where they live, work, and play.

Crowd Cloud: Busts the Expertise myth by positioning your staff as hero-makers that develop your people to make disciples.

Organizational Clarity Concepts:

Mission Statement: Busts the Engagement Myth by helping us push the finish line back for our people.

Dream Disciple: A vivid and precise picture of what personal transformation looks like in your church.

Level 2: Disciple-Making Strategy

Design a strategy that is realistic and effective in developing disciple-makers on mission where they live, work, and play.

Disciple-Making Conviction:

Funnel Fusion: The high-level process by which you’ll empower disciples to live on mission where they live, work, and play.

Crowd Cloud: Busts the Expertise myth by positioning your staff as hero-makers that develop your people to make disciples.

Organizational Clarity Concepts:

Discipleship Pathway: Establish a unique, realistic, and effective strategy that moves people from attendees to disciple-makers.

Distinctives: Your church already has a set of distinctives felt by every person in your church. We’ll help you name them and leverage them to amplify your disciple-making impact.

Discipleship Groups: Micro-sized groups to equip your people with the disciple-making skills they need to evangelize and disciple those in their neighborhoods, workplaces, and communities.

Funnel Fusion: The high-level process by which you’ll empower disciples to live on mission where they live, work, and play.

Crowd Cloud: Busts the Expertise myth by positioning your staff as hero-makers that develop your people to make disciples.

Level 3: Create your Map for the future.

By the end of phase three, all elements of your disciple-making movement will be functioning at your church!

Your Replicate Navigator will give you the tools to maintain momentum by helping you and your team name the 10-year, three-year, one-year, and semester goals for your disciple-making movement.

Churches We Have Consulted

What Our Pastors Say SCROLL FOR MORE SWIPE FOR MORE

When I started ministry, my passion and purpose was to make disciples and send them out. Over the next two decades, I got distracted with church programming and things that haven’t accomplished this.

Replicate’s process is helping me create a plan to do what I should have been doing my whole ministry career.

Multiplication Master Plan

D-Group Launch

Daniel Norris
Multiplication Pastor, New Beginnings Baptist Church, TX
One of my primary longings in life has been to fulfill all that God has created for me to accomplish for His glory. DiscipleStory provided a rare opportunity to step back and prayerfully work through a proven process of discerning God’s calling on my life. The result was greater clarity and understanding of what it looks like for me to be more intentional in living out my purpose moving forward.

DiscipleStory Process

Todd Smeltzer
Grow + Discipleship Pastor, Jersey Baptist Church, New Albany, OH

Our church has tried D-Groups a couple different times, but they kept fading because groups weren’t multiplying. Now, because of the tools and coaching Replicate has given us, we know what we must do different and are confident that these groups will multiply.

This process has changed our church forever. I am so excited for the future. We will never be the same after these last 12 months.
