Helping Churches Make Disciples Who Make Disciples
Replicate Ministries exists to empower churches to activate their unique disciple-making movement, helping pastors and church leaders build a clear, contextualized approach to making and multiplying disciples.
We believe disciple-making shouldn't be another program competing for space on the church calendar. It should shape who your church is and how your people live every day.
Church Activity Isn't the Same as Disciple-Making Transformation
Most pastors don't need to be told to work harder. You're already preaching, caring for people, developing leaders, planning ministries, building teams, and trying to steward what God has entrusted to your church. And many of those things are good and necessary.
But activity alone doesn't tell us whether people are being transformed.
Church attendance, small groups, serving, and giving can tell us something about participation. They can't fully answer the deeper questions: Are our people becoming more like Jesus? Are they learning to live on mission? Are they making disciples themselves?
Those questions have shaped Replicate from the beginning. Jesus didn't simply call the church to gather people. He called us to make disciples. That's why we want to help churches make his final words our first work again.
Your Church Doesn't Need Someone Else's Disciple-Making Formula
Every church has a unique story, community, culture, leadership, and calling.
That's why Replicate doesn't hand church leaders a copy-and-paste discipleship model and ask them to recreate what worked somewhere else.
We believe in tools, not formulas. Principles, not prescriptions.
Biblical principles don't change. But how those principles take shape in a church in rural Texas may look different from a church in suburban Tennessee or downtown Miami.
Our role is to help pastors and church leadership teams apply biblical disciple-making principles and practical tools within their own context, so the strategy belongs to the church, not the consultant.
Because, as it turns out, “It worked at our church” isn't much of a strategy for yours.
Nearly Two Decades of Learning Alongside the Local Church
Replicate didn't begin as a church consulting organization. It began with a conviction.
Since 2008, that conviction has taken Replicate from resourcing individual disciple-makers to training pastors, walking alongside church leadership teams, and helping churches build disciple-making movements in their own contexts.
Along the way, the way we serve churches has changed because the churches we've served have taught us a lot.

2008–2013
It Started With Making Disciples
Robby and Kandi Gallaty founded Replicate in 2008 with a desire to equip people to make disciples who make disciples.
The early years focused on putting practical disciple-making resources into the hands of churches and leaders, and in 2011, the first Discipleship Conference brought leaders together around that mission. -
2014–2017
From Individual Disciples to Disciple-Making Churches
As Robby's book Growing Up reached more pastors and church leaders, the conversation expanded.
Leaders weren't only asking how to make disciples personally. They were asking how disciple-making could shape the culture of an entire church.
Blueprint Conferences began helping leaders wrestle with that question. During this season, one of the pastors trained through Replicate was Vick Green.
That relationship would eventually help shape Replicate's next chapter. -
2018–2021
From Resources to Relationships
In 2018, Replicate launched its first training cohorts, creating opportunities to walk more closely with pastors as they put disciple-making principles into practice.
Vick joined Replicate in 2020. Training expanded digitally, and by 2021 Replicate began working directly with church leadership teams through a more relational approach to training, coaching, and church consulting.
Working more closely with churches exposed an important reality: good resources and a clear discipleship strategy matter, but neither guarantees that disciple-making will multiply. -
2021–TODAY
Becoming Movement-Ready
As Replicate worked alongside church teams, a consistent pattern began to emerge.
Churches could have a discipleship pathway, small groups, D-Groups, good resources, and committed leaders...and still struggle to see disciple-making multiply throughout the church. A strategy alone couldn't create the conditions for a movement.
Leaders needed Spiritual Renewal: a renewed dependence on God before asking what he wanted to do through them. The church needed a Disciple-Making Culture where developing and multiplying disciples became part of who they were. And leaders needed Organizational Clarity to align the church around a shared disciple-making vision and direction.
Those lessons became the foundation of Movement-Ready Church and continue to shape how Replicate serves churches today.
Church Leaders Helping Church Leaders
We're not studying the local church from a distance.
The Replicate team is made up of pastors, ministry leaders, coaches, and practitioners who know the joys, and the complexities, of ministry because we've lived them. We've led teams. Navigated change. Built ministries. Made mistakes. Had plans that looked much better on a whiteboard than they did on Monday morning.
That experience shapes how we serve. We want to bring biblical conviction, practical wisdom, and service to every relationship with a church.
Robby Gallaty
Founder and President
Robby Gallaty (MDiv, PhD, New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary) is the Senior Pastor of Long Hollow Church in Hendersonville, TN and the author of multiple books. He was radically saved from a life of drug addiction on November 12, 2002. In 2008, he formed Replicate Ministries to empower churches to activate their unique disciple-making movement. Robby and his wife Kandi have two sons: Rig and Ryder.
Vick Green
CEO / Lead Navigator
Vick Green (MDiv, New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary) is a pastor, coach, and consultant. He is the CEO of Replicate Ministries, a ministry that trains thousands of churches each year to create their unique disciple-making culture, vision, and strategy. Vick lives in the Nashville area with his wife, Sophie, and their three kids: Barrett, Lenna, and Allie Sage.
Kandi Gallaty
Co-Founder
Kandi Gallaty is the Co-Founder of Replicate Ministries, an author, speaker, and passionate disciple-maker. Her ministry is rooted in helping women know God's Word, grow as followers of Jesus, and intentionally invest in others. Kandi and Robby have two sons, Rig and Ryder.
Brad Daugherty
COO / Lead Navigator
Having served in multiple local-church roles, from Worship Pastor to Executive Pastor, Brad understands both the ministry and organizational realities church leaders navigate. He loves helping leadership teams find clarity and turn disciple-making convictions into practical next steps. Brad and his wife, Stephanie, live in Texas with their four children (James, Henry, Eleanor, and Andrew) and serve at New Beginnings, a Replicate Hub Church.
Brent Monogue

Brent is an experienced ministry coach who has worked with hundreds of churches across the country, helping leadership teams grow their capacity and increase their church’s impact. He, his wife, and two children live in Texas.

Operations and Communications Director
Ashley lives in Texas, with her husband, Luke, who serves as a pastor. She has a gift for creating systems and processes that work quietly in the background to strengthen the church’s disciple-making efforts.

Church Consulting Led by Ministry Practitioners
We call our church consultants Navigators for a reason.
Their job isn't to walk into your church with all the answers. It's to help your leadership team ask the right questions, identify what's keeping disciple-making from moving forward, and navigate the path from where your church is today toward where God is calling you to go.
Replicate Navigators are experienced pastors and ministry practitioners. They understand that meaningful change inside a church involves more than a good idea; it involves people, culture, leadership, communication, trust, and time.
They bring an outside perspective without forgetting what it feels like to sit in your chair. That's what we mean when we say Replicate is by pastors, for pastors, and with pastors.
Disciple-Making Practiced in Real Local Churches
We believe the best ideas about the local church should actually work in one.
That's part of the reason Replicate partners with Hub Churches: trusted local churches committed to practicing disciple-making in their own contexts while helping other pastors and leaders learn from what they're discovering.
Our Hub Churches don't all look alike, and that's the point.
They serve different communities and ministry contexts, providing real-world examples of what it can look like when biblical disciple-making principles take root in a local church. They also help multiply what they're learning by hosting training, resourcing leaders, and serving other churches.
Making Jesus' Final Words Our First Work
We've learned a lot since 2008.
We've also worked with enough churches to know that no one ever graduates from dependence on God, and no church reaches the point where disciple-making can simply run on autopilot.
We're still learning. Still listening. Still refining our tools. Still learning alongside pastors and churches as we ask how we can more faithfully help the local church carry out the mission Jesus gave it.
Because ultimately, Replicate isn't trying to build a movement around Replicate. We want to help churches activate their unique disciple-making movements, so more people follow Jesus, become like Jesus, and help others do the same.
That's why we started. And that's why we're still here.
