Collective Huddles

cohorts designed to help church leaders grow in clarity, encouragement, and disciple-making strategy.

What's a huddle?

A Huddle is a pastor-led cohort that meets regularly through the year. Huddles are designed for pastors and church leaders who want to slow down, refocus, and lead disciple-making churches that multiply.

Whether you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or just hungry for more clarity in your leadership, a Huddle gives you what most leaders are missing: a trusted circle, real encouragement, and practical next steps.

You weren’t meant to lead alone.

We grow when we’re surrounded by leaders who encourage, challenge, and help us solve real problems - so we can design and live out a disciple-making vision that actually works. So we can live out the Great Commission with conviction.

That’s why Collective Huddles exist.

From the church for the church.

Collective Huddles function as ongoing online workshop environments led by and created for pastors and ministry leaders - men and women across denominations. Huddle Coaches are faithfully serving across the U.S. in local churches.

Members of Collective Huddles gather and grow through weekly huddles, teaching sessions, monthly Q&As, and more.

FAQs

Here are a few of the most commonly asked questions around the Collective Huddles!

Huddles meet weekly or bi-weekly depending on the coach! This happens in a few different ways. Once a month, there will be a Collective-wide call that will include workshopping a concept or idea; and/or include an interview with a thought-leader of expertise. Then, the other weeks out of the month, you meet with your Huddle - contextualizing content, processing through ministry ideas, and encouraging one-another.

While Huddles have an annual rhythm, it is ongoing. It is a 1 year commitment to be part, but beyond that, most continue well beyond their first year.

These Huddles are for church staff who are leading (or wanting to lead) disciple-making movements. This happens in many different roles within the church! We have huddles for Lead/Senior Pastors, Executive/Associate Pastors, Discipleship Ministers, Women in Leadership, Student Ministers and more!

The cost varies depending on the Huddle Coach. The annual cost starts at $1200 which can be fulfilled by a one-time payment or billed monthly.

Fill out the application below, and we will be in touch! We are limited in the number of spots we have, and will have a personal conversation with each person to see if they are a good fit for the Collective Huddles, as well as understanding who they may be a good fit with, as far as their coach goes.
