Through the ReNew Initiative, the California Southern Baptist Convention (CSBC) is partnering with Replicate Ministries to help churches across California strengthen their disciple-making culture, clarify their vision, and take practical steps toward multiplication.
Every church has a unique community, culture, and calling. Together, we want to equip pastors and leadership teams with biblical principles, practical tools, and guidance that fits their church's context.

Three Opportunities to Move Your Church Forward

Whether your church is beginning to evaluate its approach to disciple-making, ready to develop a clearer strategy, or looking for ongoing guidance to lead lasting change, there's an opportunity to move forward.
Movement-Ready Day
One Day to Assess Your Culture and Gain Clarity
Your church may be busy, but disciple-making isn't multiplying the way you hoped. Your people are attending, but may need help engaging in disciple-making where they live, work, and play. Your team is working hard, but could benefit from a clearer, shared direction.
Movement-Ready Day is a one-day, in-person workshop - not another conference.
An experienced Replicate Navigator (a pastor-practitioner who helps guide church leadership teams) will lead your team through a practical framework to: assess your current disciple-making culture, clarify what matters most for your church and align your ministries around it, and begin identifying a disciple-making strategy and practical next steps that fit your context.
Bring your team at $129 per person. Leave with greater clarity, shared language, and a plan to begin moving forward together.

Multiplication Co-Lab
A two-day, hands-on workshop.
Build a clear, practical plan tailored to your church's unique culture, people, and community. Here’s what your team will leave with:
1. A Clear Dream Disciple
Because most churches don't know what their Dream Disciple looks like, they measure
success through program attendance. Your team will move from an activity scorecard to a transformation scorecard by creating a vivid, clear picture of what personal transformation looks like in your church.
2. A Discipleship Pathway
How will you move people from attendees to Dream Disciples? Your team will create a unique, realistic. and effective strategy that moves people from attendees to disciple-makers.
3. A 3-Year Movement Goal
Name your 3-year goal for where your movement is heading. One that will inspire and align everyone to move in the same direction.
A note about preparation: Before attending a Co-Lab, your team will either participate in a Movement-Ready Day or complete the Movement-Ready Virtual Course together. Haven't done either? That's okay! We'll help your team access the virtual course when you register.

Multiplication Process
Ongoing Church Consulting to Turn Vision Into Movement
A clear disciple-making vision is important. But helping an entire church embrace and live it out takes time, intentional leadership, and alignment.
Through the Multiplication Process, an experienced Replicate Navigator walks independently with your leadership team through three stages:
1. Assess Your Culture
Evaluate your church's current disciple-making culture and identify what needs to change.
2. Articulate Your Vision
Develop a contextualized disciple-making vision and roadmap that clarifies why, how, and where your church is going.
3. Activate Your Movement
Build leadership buy-in, align ministries, and create a practical plan to implement your vision.
More than a workshop, this is an ongoing partnership to help your church move from vision to implementation.
