Most pastors and leaders feel like their churches aren’t reaching their full kingdom potential. It’s not because they haven’t established enough programs. Or that they haven’t crafted amazing weekend services.
It’s because they wonder if they’ve done all those “good things” at the expense of the “one thing” Jesus called them to do…
They wonder if they’re failing to help people grow in Jesus.
Our Story
Replicate—founded by Robby Gallaty of Long Hollow Church—is by pastors, for pastors, and with pastors.
Our Replicate Navigators aren’t just consultants. We’re active pastors who’ve experienced these same struggles year in and year out. And we tried to implement copy-and-paste models and formulas that just didn’t work. But we found a better way. We learned how to create and use tools, not formulas. We began uncovering principles, rather than naively implementing prescriptions. Now, we’ve helped thousands of church leaders nurture, grow, and multiply mature disciples of Jesus. We do this through customizable, multiplication-focused toolkits and resources that empower every church to activate an all-play, everyday disciple-making movement. The result is leaders empowered to make Jesus’ final words their first work: Go into all the world and make disciples.
Robby is the Senior Pastor of Long Hollow Baptist Church in Hendersonville, TN. He was radically saved from a life of drug addiction on November 12, 2002. In 2008, he formed Replicate Ministries to equip and train men and women to be disciples who make disciples.

We Consult Churches
Multiplication Process: Work through Replicate’s paradigm-shifting disciple-making process with a dedicated Replicate Navigator. Typical engagement lasts nine to twelve months.
D-Group Launch: Move your church from a “teaching” model to a “training model.” Work with a Replicate Navigator to implement and customize D-Groups for your church. Typical engagement lasts four to six months.
DiscipleStory: We provide churches with customizable life clarity and design processes for everyday believers. We’ve used it in our churches—and helped others incorporate it into theirs—we’ve watched disciples move toward greater life clarity and Kingdom effectiveness.
We Train Leaders
Replicate Collective: Go farther faster with transformational, cohort-based coaching and collaboration.
For pastors and ministry leaders, both men and women. Sessions last 12 months.
We Resource Churches

Replicate COO
Brad serves as the COO of Replicate Ministries. He has held various roles within the church, from Worship Pastor to Executive Pastor, and loves serving the local church by helping pastors and leaders discover ways to do ministry differently. Brad has coached and consulted both large and small church teams, equipping them to grow sustainably through discipleship. He operates out of the Replicate Hub at New Beginnings in Texas.
